Diet Supplements That Work

March 23rd, 2010

Now there are some that would say that the only diet supplements that work are prescription and therefore FDA approved. The FDA seems to have such loose standards, that honestly speaking I have lost faith in them at best. The simple fact is that they don’t seem to ever really come through, and they don’t seem to ever really provide any results. Yes, they are clinically proven. But what is their definition of clinically proven? And why is it that natural substances that cause half the side effects of prescription diet supplements that work are put not on prescription, but they are banned!

This being said, you have to wonder if over the counter options have diet supplements that work in the first place! Can natural substances actually give you clinically proven results when honestly speaking the prescriptions are questionable at best? There are clinical studies on over the counter options too. And frankly speaking, some of them I would say are just as questionable as those on prescription options. They just don’t really have what you would hope for when talking about clinical studies.

However, the over the counter world is different. When it comes to diet supplements that work, they do have some clinical studies that show extremely significant results, that really do obviously help, and it’s more than just a few pounds here and there. Some of these diet supplements that work have no side effects unless you’re allergic, and yes I realize some of us are allergic to everything. But one ingredient that works, though not as desirable as a more diversified supplement, is possible and can be all that you need in certain cases. Either way, I find that there are really natural diet supplements that work if you use them correctly and if you get the results that you are looking for.
